some general rules to follow and things to keep in mind

  1. this is NOT our job. we have actual established careers and have lives outside of kpop.
  2. please give us 24 hours to respond to dms. don’t forget to add the emoji so we know which admin the dm is referring to and which specific admin you want to respond back to you!
  3. please be advised that there are NO REFUNDS. once you’ve made the payment - there is NO backing out; you can however find someone to take over your spot but we will not refund you that first payment. we will do our best to help with extensions and whatnot but if we state that the deadline is a hard one, we expect you to pay on time otherwise you will receive a strike against your name.
  4. if you are commenting on a claim, understand that you have committed to paying for the claimed item. if you decide to back out or do not have the funds to pay for the claimed item(s), you will receive a strike against your name.
  5. please read all rules in the forms for the group orders as well as the emails we send out - we are not responsible for missed payments or missed updates sent out in the emails.
  6. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HOW THE POSTAL SERVICES HANDLE YOUR PACKAGES ONCE THEY ARE MAILED OUT AND OUT OF OUR HANDS! we will do our utmost best to make sure your items are packed safe and snug but how they’re handled once we send them off is out of our hands. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED OR LOST MAIL.
  7. we will advise of how many payments are due for each group order we hold. for the most part, it will be three payments unless stated otherwise in the form. please read everything clearly!
  8. for extension requests - please try to reach out to us between 24-48 hours ahead of the deadline. it is much easier for us to keep things in order if you give us a good window for this. this does not mean we can guarantee that you will be getting that extension, but we understand how times can be rough, so we’ll do our best to help you.
  9. for reclaims - we will announce when these will be held well ahead of time. keep in mind there are TWO of us behind this account, so schedules for these will be different and we will note who is holding the reclaim! we will be adding more to this bit later on :D
  10. for holds - at this point in time, we will be able to hold your orders HOWEVER, once we get busy with more gos, we may not be able to hold your items for too long. both of us live with our families and do not have much space if any at all to be able to house all these items!
  11. All prices for our GOs are in USD since we are USA based GOMs!
